The course starts from the north shore community of Two Harbors and winds its way down to finish in Downtown Duluth. You will travel along the scenic North Shore drive and finish alongside the famous William A. Irvin freighter as fans cheer you on. NorthShore Inline Half Marathon
13.1 Miles | point-to-point
Go 13.1 miles from the Marathon's halfway point to the finish. Enjoy super scenic views of Lake Superior’s North Shore, skate through Duluth’s Lakeside neighborhood, and onto the I-35 Interstate Highway to the finish alongside the famous William A. Irvin freighter as fans cheer you on. This is a perfect race for new skaters and allows for a great taste of what our full marathon has to offer.
NorthShore Tunnel 10k
6.2 Miles | point-and-back
This family-friendly event is a non-competitive fun skate for anyone looking for less than the challenge of a half marathon. Nearly 100% on I-35 Interstate Highway, travel through six tunnels in this unique skating experience! This race finishes alongside the famous William A. Irvin freighter as a crowd of fans cheer you on.
This is a fantastic option for new skaters and offers a relatively flat race route for those who don't like skating on hills.
Combined NorthShore Inline
39.3 Miles | point-to-point
Do you have what it takes to skate 39.3 miles in one morning? For the Combined 39.3 Miles, skaters race the half marathon, hop on the bus for a short rest, and then race the full marathon to compete for the fastest combined time. This race is not for the faint of heart and is one of the most challenging races we offer.
